FounderGet SOPs is written by Jessica White. I've spent more than a decade in operations: building SOPs and operating systems inside hundreds of businesses across healthcare, SaaS, real estate, and services, and leading organizational development for growing teams. These days, I'm also doing graduate research into AI and human factors, studying how people and technology actually work together, and why they so often don't.
I built this site because I genuinely love this territory: testing the tools, reading the research, finding what holds up in a real business versus what only holds up in a demo. Get SOPs is where I hope my passion for that exploration becomes useful to you!
