Our Story

Get SOPs (pronounced as the acronym “get S. O. P’s.”) was founded to solve a problem every growing business faces: how do you scale without losing quality? Our founder spent years in operations and creative leadership, watching teams struggle because key knowledge lived in people’s heads. She set out to build a service that captures institutional knowledge and turns it into clear procedures.

Get SOPs exists because most SOPs suck.

They’re either written by AI that doesn’t understand your business, or slapped together by someone who’s never actually done the work. Meanwhile, your whole day just came to a grinding halt because your admin’s dog is sick; and your team is just trying to figure out if this task lives in ClickUp, Google Drive, a Slack DM from last August… or a shared folder inexplicably named “Keto Recipes to Try” (hint: it’s in that one).

Meet the Founder

Hi, I’m Jessica!

I’ve built operational backends and cleaned up chaos for scaling real estate companies, tech startups, and wild, wonderful businesses of all kinds. I believe SOPs shouldn’t be dusty Word docs no one reads. They should be findable, usable, and actually *help* your team do their job.

I come from a background in healthcare, startups, and CRM strategy. I’ve led ops teams, built onboarding flows, and made SOPs pretty enough to frame. My secret sauce is translating founder-brain into frameworks that people actually follow. My style? Systems-forward. People-first. No corporate jargon. And ideally, no unnecessary meetings.
